During a chat with Whoopi Goldberg on "The Kelly Clarkson Show," Clarkson shared some insights into how she slimmed down. Goldberg, who has also lost weight using the Type II diabetes drug Mounjaro, prompted Clarkson to discuss her own experience.

Lifestyle Changes:
Clarkson has also emphasized the importance of lifestyle changes in her weight loss. “I dropped weight because I’ve been listening to my doctor — a couple of years I didn’t,” she mentioned. Her approach includes a high-protein diet, which suits her well as she loves meat. "I’m a Texas girl, so I like meat — sorry, vegetarians in the world!”
Active Routine:
Besides dietary adjustments, Clarkson incorporates physical activities into her routine. She enjoys long walks and has recently gotten into cold plunges and infrared saunas. "Walking in the city is quite the workout. I’m really into infrared saunas right now. And I just got a cold plunge because everybody wore me down," she shared.
Although Clarkson hasn't specified the exact amount of weight she's lost, Extra TV reported she’s down 60 pounds. Her journey is a blend of medical advice, dietary changes, and an active lifestyle, all contributing to her impressive transformation.
