2026 World Cup Tickets: U.S. Soccer Opens Exclusive Insider Lottery

Written by Published

U.S. soccer fans hoping to attend the 2026 FIFA World Cup have another shot at grabbing tickets — but there’s a catch. 🇺🇸⚽

The U.S. Soccer Federation has officially launched a ticket lottery exclusively for members of its Insider program, giving dedicated fans a chance to secure seats for some of the tournament’s biggest matches held in the United States.

🎟️ What Games Are Included?

The lottery covers dozens of World Cup matches played in the U.S., including:

  • Group stage games

  • Round of 32 matchups

  • Round of 16 games

  • Quarterfinals

  • Semifinals

  • The Final

However, there’s one big exception: matches featuring the U.S. Men’s National Team are not included in this draw. Those tickets were handled earlier through a separate lottery held in January.

📅 Important Dates to Remember

Fans interested in entering the draw need to act quickly.

  • Lottery opens: Monday, March 9

  • Entry deadline: Saturday, March 14 at 11:59 p.m. ET

  • Winners notified: Late March via email

🔑 Who Can Enter?

This ticket opportunity is only available to members of the U.S. Soccer Insider program, which has nine different membership tiers.

But not every tier qualifies.

  • Standard Insiders (free tier): Not eligible

  • ✔️ Premium Insider: Starts at $45 per year

  • 💎 President’s Circle: Top tier at $10,000 per year

Your chances improve depending on two things:

  • Your Insider membership level

  • How long you’ve been part of the program

Simply put, higher tiers and longer membership = better odds in the lottery.

💰 What About Ticket Prices?

Ticket prices haven’t been announced yet. Those will be determined later by FIFA, so fans entering the lottery will learn the exact costs closer to the ticket release.

⚡ Another Chance Is Coming

Even if you miss the Insider lottery, there will still be another opportunity.

After running several of its own lottery phases, FIFA plans to release World Cup tickets on a first-come, first-served basis starting in April.

That means fans who don’t win in the Insider draw may still have a shot later on.
