Prize claims depend on the amount won:
- Up to $599: Can be claimed at any authorized Connecticut Lottery retailer without extra forms or documentation, or by mail.
- $600 to $5,000: Winners can claim by mail or visit a Connecticut Lottery High-Tier Claim Center or Lottery Headquarters.
- $5,001 to $49,999: Must be claimed in person at Lottery Headquarters or by mail.
- More than $50,000: Must be claimed in person at Connecticut Lottery Headquarters.
For larger prizes, winners must provide a government-issued photo ID and Social Security card.
