Any authorized Louisiana Lottery retailer can cash winning tickets worth up to $600.

Prizes Over $600

Tickets worth more than $600 can be claimed either by mail or in person at a Louisiana Lottery office.

Prizes Above $5,000

All prizes exceeding $5,000 must be claimed at a Louisiana Lottery office.

Claiming by Mail

Before mailing your winning ticket, make sure to:

• Sign the back of the ticket and complete all required information.
• Remove any scratch-off material if applicable.
• Make a copy of the front and back of the ticket (except Powerball and Mega Millions tickets).
• Fill out a Louisiana Lottery Prize Claim Form.
• Include a copy of a valid photo ID.
