How to Claim Your Oklahoma Lottery Prize

If you’re holding a winning ticket, here’s what you need to know:

1. Sign Your Ticket
Always sign and complete the back of your ticket to make it valid.

2. Claim Deadlines
You have 180 days from the draw date to claim your prize.

3. Claiming Small Prizes (up to $600)

• Visit any Oklahoma Lottery retailer or the Oklahoma Lottery Winner Center at 300 N. Broadway, Oklahoma City.

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

4. Mid-Level Prizes ($601 – $49,999)

• Claim in person or by mail.

• Payment options: Check or direct deposit (ACH).

• Bring: Photo of front & back of ticket, valid ID, Social Security proof, and completed claim form.

5. Big Prizes ($50,000 or more)

• Claim in person or by mail.

• Same documentation required as mid-level prizes.

6. Mail-In Claims

• Mail your original signed ticket and completed claim form to:
  Oklahoma Lottery, P.O. Box 548810, Oklahoma City, OK 73154

• For direct deposit, include a voided check or bank letter with account info.
