How to Claim an Oklahoma Lottery Prize
- Prizes up to $600: Claim them at an Oklahoma Lottery retailer or the Oklahoma Lottery Winner Center in downtown Oklahoma City.
- Prizes from $601 to $49,999: Winners can claim in person at the Winner Center or submit a claim by mail. Check and ACH payment options are available.
- Prizes of $50,000 or more: These can be claimed at the Winner Center or by mail. Winners will need identification, proof of Social Security number, a completed claim form and a copy of both sides of the winning ticket.
- Mail claims: Send the original signed ticket and completed claim form to the Oklahoma Lottery, P.O. Box 548810, Oklahoma City, OK 73154. Direct-deposit requests also require a voided check or bank letter.
The Oklahoma Lottery is not responsible for tickets lost or stolen in the mail, and non-winning tickets cannot be used for claims.
