Winning tickets worth $600 or less can be redeemed at any Oklahoma Lottery retailer or at the Oklahoma Lottery Winner Center.

Prizes From $601 to $49,999

These prizes can be claimed in person at the Oklahoma Lottery Winner Center or by mail. Winners may receive payment by check or direct deposit (ACH).

For in-person claims, bring:

• A valid photo ID
• Proof of your Social Security number
• A completed claim form
• Images of the front and back of the winning ticket

Prizes of $50,000 or More

Larger prizes can also be claimed in person at the Winner Center or by mail. Payment options include a check or direct deposit.

Winners should prepare their winning ticket, valid identification, proof of their Social Security number, and a completed claim form. Images of both sides of the ticket are also required for in-person claims.

How to Submit a Claim by Mail

To claim a prize by mail, sign the original winning ticket and send it with a completed claim form to:

If you want payment through direct deposit, include a voided check or a bank letter containing your account information.
