• Prizes up to $600: Claim your winnings at an authorized Oklahoma Lottery retailer or the Oklahoma Lottery Winner Center at 300 N. Broadway in downtown Oklahoma City. The center is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Prizes from $601 to $49,999: Winners can claim their prizes in person at the Winner Center or by mail. Required documents for in-person claims include photographs of the front and back of the winning ticket, a valid photo ID, official proof of Social Security number, and a completed claim form.
• Prizes of $50,000 or more: These prizes can be claimed at the Winner Center or by mail. Winners must provide the required ticket photographs, identification, proof of Social Security number, and a completed claim form.

Payments may be issued by check or direct deposit, depending on the claim process and available options.
