How to Claim an Oklahoma Lottery Prize
Before doing anything else, sign the back of your winning ticket and complete the required information. Winners generally have 180 days from the drawing date to claim their prize.
Prize claims are handled based on the amount won:
- Prizes up to $600: These can be claimed at participating Oklahoma Lottery retailers or the Oklahoma Lottery Winner Center at 300 N. Broadway in downtown Oklahoma City. The center is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Prizes from $601 to $49,999: Winners can claim in person at the Winner Center or submit a claim by mail. Payment may be made by check or ACH direct deposit. In-person claims require a copy of both sides of the ticket, valid identification, official proof of Social Security number and a completed claim form.
- Prizes of $50,000 or more: These can also be claimed at the Winner Center or by mail. Winners should provide the signed ticket, valid ID, proof of Social Security number and completed claim form.

Those requesting direct deposit should also provide a voided check or bank letter containing the necessary account information. The Oklahoma Lottery does not accept non-winning tickets and is not responsible for tickets lost or stolen in the mail.
