Powerball Update: Feb. 11 Jackpot Hits $126 Million
The Powerball jackpot is climbing again! Ahead of Wednesday night’s drawing on February 11, the prize sits at a whopping $126 million, with a cash value of $58 million.
This year has already seen one big winner. On January 21, a lucky player in North Carolina struck it rich with an estimated $209 million jackpot. They chose the lump-sum cash option, taking home $95.3 million. According to the North Carolina Education Lottery, the winner opted to remain anonymous for 90 days—allowed under state law for prizes over $50 million.
