A lucky Missouri Lottery player from Ray County just hit it big, winning $100,000 on a $5 “50X” scratcher ticket! The winning ticket was purchased at the Walmart on 908 Walton Way in Richmond, Missouri.
The “50X” game, which debuted on June 30, has already made dreams come true for many players, with over $8 million in prizes claimed so far. But there’s still plenty of excitement left—more than $8.2 million in prizes remain unclaimed, including five $100,000 top prizes and five $20,000 prizes!
Ray County has seen a strong streak of lottery luck. In the 2024 fiscal year alone, players won more than $2.8 million. Local retailers have benefited too, earning over $287,000 in commissions and bonuses. Plus, education programs in Ray County received a boost of $237,000 from lottery proceeds.
