Three Northeast Ohio Lottery Players Score Major Prizes

Three Ohio Lottery players in Northeast Ohio, including the Mahoning Valley, have recently landed some seriously big prizes. The wins range from a six-figure draw-game payout to a life-changing prize worth $1 million every year for life.

Here’s a quick look at the recent winners and their big payouts:

  • Millionaire for Life: An auto-pick ticket sold at a Northeast Ohio gas station hit the game’s top prize, paying $1 million a year for life. It’s only the second jackpot-winning ticket in Ohio since the game launched in February.
  • Rolling Cash 5: Timothy, a Niles resident in the Mahoning Valley, scored $110,000 after matching the winning numbers in the Ohio Lottery draw game.
  • Millionaire Blowout: Another Northeast Ohio player grabbed the top prize on the scratch-off game, which advertises a prize of $40,000 a year.

The Millionaire Blowout winner chose the $500,000 lump-sum cash option instead of annual payments. After 26.75% in taxes, the winner received the remaining amount. The lucky scratch-off ticket was sold at a Dairy Deli.

With three major wins in just a few weeks, Northeast Ohio has had plenty of reasons for lottery players to check their tickets.
