Two Massachusetts Lottery Players Win $1 Million Each in Huge Scratch Ticket Payday

Two lucky Massachusetts lottery players became instant millionaires on Tuesday after cashing in winning scratch tickets worth $1 million each. The big wins came from two different games sold at stores across the state.

One of the winning tickets came from the “Extreme Green” scratch game, which launched in March 2026 and costs just $5 to play. The game originally included three $1 million top prizes, and now only one grand prize is still up for grabs. The winning ticket was purchased at a 7-Eleven in Falmouth.

Another player scored a $1 million prize playing “$4,000,000 Cash Doubler,” a $10 scratch ticket loaded with big-money rewards. While the game offers three top prizes worth $4 million, two of those jackpots are still available.

Here’s a quick look at the remaining big prizes:

  • “Extreme Green” — 1 top prize left
  • “$4,000,000 Cash Doubler” — 2 prizes worth $4 million still available
  • 4 separate $1 million prizes also remain in the Cash Doubler game

The winning “$4,000,000 Cash Doubler” ticket was sold at Little Comfort General Store in Whitman.

Massachusetts lottery players were clearly on a hot streak Tuesday. Along with the two million-dollar wins, another lucky player claimed a $100,000 prize from the “$15,000,000 Colossal Millions” scratch game. That $30 ticket was purchased at XtraMart in Westborough.

Across the state, more than 510 lottery prizes worth at least $600 were won or claimed in a single day. That included:

  • 56 winners in Boston
  • 16 winners in Worcester
  • 15 winners in Springfield

The Massachusetts State Lottery publishes a daily list of winning tickets for prizes over $600, giving players a snapshot of where the latest big wins happened.

So far, the biggest lottery prize claimed in Massachusetts in 2026 remains an incredible $25 million payout from the “$25,000,000 Mega Money” scratch ticket. That life-changing ticket was sold at a Cumberland Farms gas station in Turners Falls, one of the villages within Montague.
