Two Lucky Tickets Split $2.07 Million Jersey Cash 5 Jackpot in New Jersey

Two New Jersey lottery players are celebrating after sharing a massive Jersey Cash 5 jackpot worth $2,079,222 in the drawing held on Sunday, July 6. Since both tickets matched all five winning numbers, each winner will take home an impressive $1,039,611.

The lucky tickets were purchased at:

• Ironbound Fuel on Wilson Avenue in Newark, Essex County
• C & C Deli Market on Woodlane Road in Edgewater Park, Burlington County

As an added bonus, each retailer will receive a $2,000 incentive for selling a jackpot-winning ticket.

There were plenty of other winners in the same drawing as well. According to the New Jersey Lottery:

• 58 players matched four numbers plus the Bullseye to win $500 each.
• 15 of those winners also added the Xtra option, boosting their prizes to $1,500 each.

The winning Jersey Cash 5 numbers were 03, 12, 19, 34, and 40. The Xtra number was 03, while the Bullseye number was 40.

Looking ahead, the next Jersey Cash 5 jackpot is estimated at $160,000 for the upcoming Tuesday night drawing.
