UK Player Strikes £26M EuroMillions Jackpot – Third UK Win of 2025

A lucky UK player just hit the £26 million EuroMillions jackpot, the National Lottery confirmed. The winning numbers drawn Friday night were 06, 12, 18, 25, 41, with Lucky Stars 02 and 06.

“Players should check their tickets and get in touch if they think they’re tonight’s winner,” said Andy Carter, senior winners’ adviser at Allwyn, the National Lottery operator. Winners have 180 days to claim their prize and can choose to remain anonymous.

This marks the UK’s third EuroMillions jackpot win this year out of ten draws so far. Earlier, one person scooped £83 million in January, and another grabbed £65 million on Valentine’s Day. The January winner claimed their prize 13 days after the draw but chose to stay anonymous.

While £26 million is life-changing, it doesn’t crack the list of EuroMillions’ largest-ever jackpots. To make the top 10, a jackpot would need to exceed £183 million. The UK record stands at £195 million in 2022, while a Cork family in Ireland snagged €250 million (£216 million) in July, vowing to keep life grounded at home.

EuroMillions isn’t just about jackpots—it also raises funds for good causes. Since the National Lottery’s launch in the 1990s, over £50 billion has gone to charitable projects, supporting health, education, arts, sport, environment, and heritage.

Draws take place twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday, and tickets are sold in nine European countries, keeping the excitement high across the continent.
