Up to $499: Any authorized Vermont Lottery retailer or headquarters.

$500–$5,000: Any M&T Bank in Vermont during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8 a.m.–4 p.m., excluding holidays).

Over $5,000: Vermont Lottery Headquarters in Barre, VT. Bring your signed ticket, photo ID, and a claim form. Claims must be made within one year of the drawing.
Vermont also offers a Second Chance program—enter non-winning scratch tickets online or via the official app for a chance at cash or prizes. Drawings happen quarterly or during special promotions.
