What Is Vermont Lottery Second Chance?

Vermont's Second Chance program gives players another shot at winning after buying an eligible non-winning instant scratch ticket.

Players can register eligible tickets through the Vermont Lottery's official website or app. Drawings are generally held quarterly or as part of special promotions, with drawings conducted at Pollard Banknote Limited in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

So even if a scratch ticket doesn't produce a prize the first time around, it may still give players another chance to win.
