• Prizes up to $499: Can be claimed at an authorized Vermont Lottery retailer or at Lottery Headquarters. Bring your signed winning ticket.
• Prizes from $500 to $5,000: Can be claimed at any M&T Bank location in Vermont during Lottery office hours.
• Prizes over $5,000: Must be claimed in person at Vermont Lottery Headquarters. Winners need a signed ticket, government-issued photo ID, and a completed claim form.

Vermont's Second Chance program gives players another shot at winning after buying an eligible non-winning instant scratch ticket.

Players can register eligible tickets through the Vermont Lottery's official website or app. Drawings are generally held quarterly or as part of special promotions, with drawings conducted at Pollard Banknote Limited in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
