How to Claim a Vermont Lottery Prize
The amount you win determines where you need to claim your prize:
- Up to $499: Claim at any authorized Vermont Lottery retailer or at Vermont Lottery Headquarters with your signed ticket.
- $500 to $5,000: These prizes can be claimed at any M&T Bank location in Vermont during Lottery office hours.
- More than $5,000: Winners must claim the prize in person at Vermont Lottery Headquarters. A signed ticket, government-issued photo ID and completed claim form are required.
Lottery office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays.
All prizes must be claimed within one year of the drawing date.
