How to Claim a Vermont Lottery Prize

The claim process depends on the size of the prize:

• Up to $499: Claim at an authorized Vermont Lottery retailer or the Vermont Lottery Headquarters with your signed winning ticket.
• $500 to $5,000: Prizes can be claimed at participating M&T Bank locations in Vermont during lottery office business hours.
• More than $5,000: Winners must claim their prize in person at Vermont Lottery Headquarters and bring a government-issued photo ID, signed ticket and completed claim form.

All prizes must be claimed within one year of the drawing date.
