How to Claim a Vermont Lottery Prize

The claim process depends on how much you've won:

• Up to $499: Prizes can be claimed at an authorized Vermont Lottery retailer or at Lottery Headquarters. Bring your signed winning ticket.
• $500 to $5,000: Winners can claim prizes at any M&T Bank location in Vermont during Lottery office hours.
• More than $5,000: Winners must claim their prize in person at Vermont Lottery Headquarters and bring a government-issued photo ID, signed ticket, and completed claim form.

The Vermont Lottery office is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays.

All prizes must be claimed within one year of the drawing date.
