  • $500 to $5,000: Claim at any M&T Bank location in Vermont during Lottery office business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding state holidays.
  • More than $5,000: Visit Vermont Lottery Headquarters in person with your signed ticket, government-issued photo ID and completed claim form.

All prizes must be claimed within one year of the drawing date.
