The Vermont Lottery has different claim procedures depending on the prize amount:
- Prizes up to $499: Winners can visit any authorized Vermont Lottery retailer or the Vermont Lottery Headquarters. A signed winning ticket is required.
- Prizes from $500 to $5,000: Claims can be made at any M&T Bank location in Vermont during Lottery Office business hours.
- Prizes above $5,000: Winners must visit the Vermont Lottery Headquarters in person.
For prizes exceeding $5,000, bring the following:
- A signed winning ticket.
- A valid government-issued photo ID.
- A completed lottery claim form.
