What Is Vermont Lottery Second Chance?
Vermont also gives players another opportunity to win through its 2nd Chance Lottery program.
Players can enter eligible non-winning instant scratch tickets into special drawings for a chance to receive cash or other prizes.
To participate, players must register their eligible tickets through the state's official lottery website or mobile app. Drawings generally take place quarterly or as part of special promotional events.
The drawings are conducted at Pollard Banknote Limited in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Even if a scratch ticket doesn't produce an immediate win, the Second Chance program gives players another shot at a prize.
