- Up to $499: Claim at an authorized Vermont Lottery retailer or at Lottery Headquarters with your signed ticket.
- $500 to $5,000: Claim at any M&T Bank location in Vermont during Lottery Office business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding state holidays.
- More than $5,000: Claim in person at Vermont Lottery Headquarters. Bring your signed ticket, government-issued photo ID and completed claim form.
Important: All prizes must be claimed within one year of the drawing date.
