$500 to $5,000: Visit any M&T Bank in Vermont during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8 a.m.–4 p.m., excluding state holidays).

Over $5,000: Must claim in person at Vermont Lottery Headquarters with a government-issued photo ID and a completed claim form.
All claims must be made within one year of the drawing.
