How to Claim Your Vermont Lottery Prize

Winning is exciting—but claiming your prize is easy if you know the steps:

  • Up to $499 – Any authorized Vermont Lottery retailer or Vermont Lottery Headquarters (signed ticket required)

  • $500–$5,000 – Any M&T Bank in Vermont during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8 a.m.–4 p.m., excluding state holidays)

  • Over $5,000 – Must claim in person at Vermont Lottery Headquarters with:

    • Signed winning ticket

    • Government-issued photo ID

    • Completed claim form
