Prizes $500–$5,000: Visit any M&T Bank in Vermont during business hours (8 a.m.–4 p.m., Monday–Friday, except state holidays).

Prizes over $5,000: Must be claimed in person at Vermont Lottery Headquarters, 1311 US Route 302, Suite 100, Barre, VT 05641. Bring your signed ticket, a government-issued ID, and a completed claim form.
