  • $500–$5,000: Visit any M&T Bank in Vermont during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m., excluding state holidays).

  • Over $5,000: Claim in person at Vermont Lottery Headquarters. Bring:

    • Signed winning ticket

    • Government-issued photo ID

    • Completed claim form
