Camila Cabello isn't holding back when it comes to reigniting an old flame. The pop star, who previously dated Shawn Mendes, spilled the tea about getting back together with him on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast.
During the podcast, Cabello discussed her thoughts on reconciling with an ex. She hinted at her reunion with Mendes, saying, "I think it's known I'm a fan. I've supported it in the past." She also shared that she believes getting back with an ex can be helpful.
Their renewed romance rumors started swirling when they were seen together at Coachella last April, even after announcing their breakup in November 2021. Cabello admitted she's impulsive when it comes to her feelings. "If I feel it, I say it," she explained. "I would rather say it and see what happens than keep it in my mind."
Their relationship didn't last, though, with Cabello citing a lack of chemistry. She emphasized that there's no bad blood between them, saying, "I will always care about him and love him." The two had confirmed their romance in 2019 and even collaborated on the hit song "Señorita," which topped the charts and earned them a Grammy nomination.
In November 2021, they announced their split, emphasizing that they would remain best friends. They thanked fans for their support and expressed that their love for each other as humans remains strong.
