Inside Morgan Wallen's Nashville Bar Outburst: Ex-Fiancée's Marriage, Chair-Throwing, and Arrest

Morgan Wallen's recent outburst at a Nashville bar reportedly came after finding out his ex-fiancée, KT Smith, had tied the knot with another man. According to a source, Wallen was struggling with this news when he threw a chair at police below the rooftop bar.

The source explained, "KT's marriage to Luke last week just crushed him. Whatever happened at that bar had to be reality hitting him in the face over losing the love of his life."

Wallen and Smith began dating in 2016 and got engaged shortly after. Despite their engagement ending, they had an on-and-off relationship until November 2019. The pair even welcomed a son, Indigo, together in 2020.

“Morgan has never gotten over her even though he couldn’t stay faithful to her,” the source alleged. “And now another man is going to be raising his son.”

However, another source claims that the bar incident wasn't directly related to KT's marriage.

Smith, 29, and Scornavacco, 22, went public with their relationship in May 2023 and got engaged in March 2024. Scornavacco proposed with a $22,000 diamond ring during an elaborate proposal at Magnolia Farm, complete with over 1,700 flowers.

Just five days after announcing their engagement, the couple surprised everyone, including Wallen, by getting married at a courthouse. Smith clarified on Instagram that it wasn't a shotgun wedding, sharing a photo of a negative pregnancy test and joking about trolls being too invested in her uterus.

The chair Wallen threw landed near two police officers, who said he laughed about the incident. He was arrested for three counts of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct, posting bail after being taken to the police station.

This isn't Wallen's first brush with the law; he was previously arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication in May 2020 and charged with DUI in 2016.
