North Carolina Woman Scores $100,000 Lottery Prize with Win Big Scratch-Off

A North Carolina woman is celebrating a life-changing lottery win after scratching her way to a $100,000 prize in the state's Win Big game.

Marisol Cruz of Battleboro purchased her lucky ticket at the Circle H Store on West Raleigh Road in Wilson. After all required federal and state tax withholdings, she took home $66,010.

Still Plenty of Big Prizes Left

If you've been thinking about trying your luck, there are still several top prizes waiting to be claimed. According to the North Carolina Education Lottery, the Win Big scratch-off game, which launched in October 2024, still has:

  • Two $100,000 prizes remaining
  • Two $2 million top prizes still up for grabs
