The man accused of a triple homicide in Falls Township, Pennsylvania, has been captured, according to authorities. Andre Gordon was apprehended in Trenton, New Jersey, where he was initially thought to be barricaded inside a home. However, he managed to evade the perimeter and was later found walking on New York Avenue and taken into custody without incident.

Gordon is accused of killing three people, including his stepmother and sister, in their Falls Township home. He then allegedly went to another residence and fatally shot a 25-year-old woman. Gordon is also accused of carjacking a vehicle at gunpoint before abandoning it in Trenton.

Trenton Mayor Reed Gusciora expressed gratitude for Gordon's arrest, noting that Gordon cooperated with police and did not have any weapons on him at the time of his arrest. Gordon will remain in custody in New Jersey before being extradited to Pennsylvania.

Authorities are still searching for the weapon used in the shootings. They believe Gordon knew all the victims and described him as "believed to be currently homeless and has ties to the Trenton, New Jersey, area."

The Falls Township Police initially thought Gordon had barricaded himself in a Trenton home with hostages, but it turned out the people inside were safely evacuated. The police believe Gordon may be in possession of an assault rifle and possibly other weapons.

Overall, Gordon's capture has brought relief to the community, and authorities are continuing their investigation into the tragic events.
