A North Carolina car salesman’s luck just shifted into high gear! Gary McNeely from McDowell County said he was “excited as a banjo” after winning a $100,000 prize from the Millionaire Bucks scratch-off game.
McNeely snagged his winning ticket at M&M Mart on North Main Street in Marion, and when he scratched it, he couldn’t believe his eyes. “It tickled me to death,” he shared. “I’ve never won anything like that before!”
After taxes, McNeely walked away with $71,758 in cash. His plans for the money? Some much-deserved upgrades and repairs around his home — and maybe a little celebrating too.
The Millionaire Bucks game, which launched in October 2024, still has plenty of big wins left. Out of the original prizes, three $5 million jackpots and six $100,000 prizes remain unclaimed.
