A huge Jersey Cash 5 win landed in New Jersey on Monday, September 21, with one lucky ticket hitting the $714,809 jackpot.
The winning ticket was sold at M & M Quick Stop on Bloomfield Avenue in Nutley, Essex County. The store will also receive a $2,000 retailer bonus for selling the jackpot-winning ticket.

The jackpot wasn’t the only prize up for grabs. The New Jersey Lottery said 25 players matched four numbers plus the Bullseye, earning $500 each. Seven of those winners also played XTRA, boosting their prizes to $1,500 each.
With Monday’s jackpot claimed, the Jersey Cash 5 jackpot resets to $150,000 for Tuesday night’s drawing.
Jersey Cash 5 is a daily game offered by the New Jersey Lottery. Players choose five numbers from 1 through 45, with the optional XTRA feature giving players a chance to multiply certain non-jackpot prizes by up to five times. The Bullseye feature provides another way to win.
Drawings are held every night at 10:57 p.m., seven days a week.
