Only 50,000 people will be able to apply each day, with just 1,000 total selected to win the lottery. After hitting 50,000 entries the lottery will close and reopen until the next morning at 10 a.m.Winners will hear back on June 3 and can snag up to two tickets, but only after proving they actually live in New York City.
