💰 How to Claim an Oklahoma Lottery Prize

Before claiming your prize, sign the back of your winning ticket. Players generally have 180 days from the drawing date to claim a prize.

• Prizes up to $600: Claim them at any Oklahoma Lottery retailer or the Oklahoma Lottery Winner Center at 300 N. Broadway in downtown Oklahoma City. The center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Prizes from $601 to $49,999: These can be claimed at the Winner Center or by mail. Winners may receive payment by check or direct deposit (ACH).
• Prizes of $50,000 or more: These can be claimed in person at the Winner Center or by mail. Winners need a valid ID, proof of Social Security number, completed claim form, and a copy of both sides of the winning ticket.

For mail-in claims, send the original signed ticket and completed claim form to the Oklahoma Lottery at P.O. Box 548810, Oklahoma City, OK 73154. Direct-deposit requests should also include a voided check or bank letter with account information.
