💰 How to Claim a Michigan Lottery Prize
Michigan Lottery retailers can pay prizes of up to $600. For prizes below $100,000, winners can generally claim by mail or visit a Michigan Lottery Regional Office.
For a mail-in claim, sign the winning ticket and complete the required ticket receipt form. You’ll also need to include original copies of a government-issued photo ID and your Social Security card. The names on both documents must match.

For prizes over $100,000, winners must claim in person at Michigan Lottery Headquarters in Lansing. Bring original versions of your valid government-issued photo ID and Social Security card.

For in-person claims of prizes under $100,000, appointments are also required. Regional offices include:
