How to Claim an Oklahoma Lottery Prize
Winners have 180 days from the drawing date to claim their prize. Be sure to sign the back of your ticket before submitting a claim.
- Prizes up to $600: Claim them at any Oklahoma Lottery retailer or the Oklahoma Lottery Winner Center in downtown Oklahoma City.
- Prizes from $601 to $49,999: These can be claimed at the Winner Center or by mail. Winners may choose a check or direct deposit.
- Prizes of $50,000 or more: Claims can be handled in person at the Winner Center or by mail. Valid identification, proof of Social Security number and a completed claim form are required.
For mailed claims, send the original signed ticket and completed claim form to the Oklahoma Lottery. Direct-deposit requests also require the appropriate bank information.
