How to Claim an Oklahoma Lottery Prize

Think you’ve won? Start by signing the back of your ticket and keep it safe. Oklahoma Lottery prizes must generally be claimed within 180 days of the drawing date.

Prize claims are handled based on the amount won:

  • Up to $600: Claim at any Oklahoma Lottery retailer or the Oklahoma Lottery Winner Center in downtown Oklahoma City.
  • $601 to $49,999: Claim in person at the Winner Center or by mail. Payment may be made by check or direct deposit.
  • $50,000 or more: Claim at the Winner Center or by mail. You’ll need your signed ticket, valid ID, proof of Social Security number and a completed claim form.

For mail-in claims, send the original signed ticket and completed claim form to the Oklahoma Lottery, P.O. Box 548810, Oklahoma City, OK 73154. Direct-deposit requests also require the appropriate bank documentation.
