Prize Claim Information

Before claiming any prize, make sure to sign the back of your ticket. Winners have 180 days from the drawing date to claim their prizes.

Prize Amounts

• Up to $600: Claim at any authorized Oklahoma Lottery retailer or the Oklahoma Lottery Winner Center in Oklahoma City.
• $601 to $49,999: Claim in person at the Winner Center or by mail. Valid ID, Social Security verification, a completed claim form, and ticket images are required.
• $50,000 or More: Must be claimed through the Winner Center or by mail with all required documentation.

Mail-In Claims

To claim by mail, send your signed original ticket and completed claim form to the Oklahoma Lottery. Winners requesting direct deposit should also include banking information. Be sure to mail documents securely, as lost or stolen mail is not the lottery's responsibility.
