A lucky Del Rio resident is celebrating a life-changing win after scoring $1 million from a Texas Lottery scratch-off ticket.
The winning ticket came from the Queen of Spades scratch game and was purchased at Easy Mart and Gas on Charles Drive in Del Rio. The winner has chosen to stay anonymous.

Lottery officials said the Queen of Spades scratch game features more than $91.6 million in total prize money, giving players plenty of chances to win.
The store that sold the lucky ticket may also benefit. Through the Texas Lottery Retailer Bonus Program, Easy Mart and Gas could qualify for a $10,000 retailer bonus for selling the winning ticket.
This marks the first $1 million grand prize claimed in the Queen of Spades game, leaving three more top prizes still up for grabs.
