How to Claim a Vermont Lottery Prize

Winning tickets worth up to $499 can be claimed at an authorized Vermont Lottery retailer or at Vermont Lottery Headquarters. The signed ticket must be presented for validation.

Prizes from $500 to $5,000 can be claimed at any M&T Bank location in Vermont during Lottery office hours, which are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays.

For prizes over $5,000, winners must claim their prize in person at Vermont Lottery Headquarters. You'll need your signed ticket, a government-issued photo ID and a completed claim form.

All prizes must be claimed within one year of the drawing date.
