What Is Vermont Lottery Second Chance?
The Vermont Lottery also gives players another opportunity to win through its 2nd Chance program.
Players can enter eligible non-winning scratch-off tickets into special drawings for a chance to receive cash or other prizes.
To participate, players must register their eligible tickets through the official Vermont Lottery website or mobile app. Drawings generally take place quarterly or during special promotional events.
These drawings are conducted by Pollard Banknote Limited in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Even if a scratch ticket doesn't produce an immediate win, the Second Chance program may give players another shot at a prize.
