Two Wisconsin Powerball Tickets Win $50,000 Each

Two Wisconsin lottery players are celebrating after winning $50,000 apiece in the Powerball drawing on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

The lucky tickets were sold in Oconomowoc and Holmen, even though the night’s massive jackpot went to a player in Illinois.

Both Wisconsin tickets matched four of the five white balls—4, 26, 66 and 67—along with the red Powerball 9, earning each ticket a $50,000 prize.

Where the Winning Tickets Were Sold

  • Oconomowoc: Pick 'n Save on E. Wisconsin Avenue
  • Holmen: Get & Go on Holmen Drive

According to Powerball, the August 12 drawing produced 91 tickets nationwide worth at least $50,000.

Wisconsin players also had plenty of reasons to check their tickets. The drawing produced 55,647 winning tickets across the state, with prizes ranging from $4 to $50,000.
